Thomas Rosati

Tom Rosati has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry including management, acquisitions, development, and construction involving hotels throughout the U.S, the Caribbean, and Canada.

Tom was directly responsible for hotels that ranged in size from a 50 room boutique hotel on Miami’s South Beach, to a 1000 room resort with two golf courses, nine restaurants and a casino.

While most hotels were branded as Hiltons, Sheratons, Crowne Plaza and Marriott, his creative marketing solutions were credited with the successes for independents in markets such as Napa Valley, Chicago, Phoenix, and Costa Rica.

Over the years, Tom has personally managed the renovations, rebranding, and repositioning of over 50 acquisitions; transforming what had been area laggards to area leaders.

A well-rounded hotelier, Tom’s career started in F&B.  He was quickly recognized as a creative operator and was promoted to the corporate level, responsible for developing marketing strategies and restaurant concepts that were utilized throughout the company.

In his free time, Tom parlayed his extensive involvement with hotel renovations and construction, took the required classes and state exams, and obtained a License as a Certified General Contractor.  Tom also is an avid scuba diver, fisherman, boater, and has his private pilot’s license.
