Mr. Esposito liaisons with Lodgian’s management companies to monitor performance and increase RevPar penetration and NOI margins, at an efficient capital cost. Mr. Esposito reviews marketing plans and financial performance, suggesting operational reengineering as needed. Additionally he conducts SWOT analysis, monitors contract and third party requirements, and implements value enhancement opportunities. Mr. Esposito also participates in acquisition underwriting by developing cash flow models and valuation scenarios, as well as ROI, rebranding, benchmark and trend analyses.
Bryan joined Lodgian from HREC in Greenwood Village, CO, where he was Vice President of the Consulting and Advisory Group and the fastest promoted Senior Associate in the history of the company. Bryan specialized in municipally financed hotel developments and analyzing and valuing distressed hotel and casino assets.
Previously Bryan was at Resort’s Atlantic City, an 879-room casino hotel, as the front of house department head responsible for a management team of 10 and a workforce of 80. Previously, Bryan was a department head at Bally’s Atlantic City, a 1,723 room casino hotel responsible for a staff of 75.
As an Alumnus of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Bryan has been an active member of the Cornell Hotel Society, is a guest lecturer, and was the immediate past president of the Rocky Mountain Chapter for four years. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family and working out.
