Amy Quinn

Ms. Quinn has extensive experience in the real estate industry including financial reporting, fund accounting, asset management, financial planning and analysis as well as due diligence for equity acquisitions, refinances and mortgage loan portfolios.  She leads the firm's financial management, human resources and information technology functions. 


Prior to joining Lodgian, Ms. Quinn was Vice President of Finance in fund accounting for Morgan Stanley's global private equity real estate opportunity funds.  She coordinated the quarterly financial statements and disclosures on a fair value basis, quarterly investor reporting, year-end audit, as well as interest rate and foreign exchange derivatives. 


As a Senior Manager at Moore Colson, Ms. Quinn worked with a variety of real estate clients in development of their real estate practice.  In Asset Management at Songy Partners, she directed the operations of the value added real estate portfolio and implemented the strategic plan to maximize asset value and investor returns. 


On MetLife's real estate investment committee, Ms. Quinn coordinated the planning, projection and analysis for $30 billion in assets including real estate equities, mortgages, REIT's and CMBS. 


She began her career in Atlanta with KPMG Peat Marwick in audit primarily for real estate companies and financial institutions.  Ms. Quinn received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with a Concentration in Accounting, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.  She is licensed in Georgia and Virginia as a Certified Public Accountant.
